Veni-vidi-vici. Filipe Albuquerque, Philip Hanson and Paul di Resta celebrated an exciting LMP2 victory at the 2020 Le Mans without a spectator. Their Oreca 07 won a 24 hour race marked by many electronic problems among the Oreca. However, the United Autosport Team drove an almost problem-free race right from the start, also thanks to the perfect work of the team. Shortly before the end, a safety car phase gave the second-placed team JOTA Sport hope again, they came within three seconds of Team United Autosport. However, Hanson mastered the stage ahead of the experienced Anthony Davidson and won at Le Mans and laid the foundations for the 2019/2020 FIA World Endurance Championship crown later in 2020.
