1. Returns within Germany

For returns within Germany, you can easily generate your own DHL return label online.

Please note:

  • This label only works for returns from within Germany.
  • Please include your order number inside the parcel.
  • Use the original packaging if possible.

2. International returns (outside Germany)

For returns from outside Germany, we currently cannot offer an automatic self-service return portal. We will manually create an international DHL return label for you.

How international returns work:

  • Email us at shop@ulis-racing-legends.
  • Please provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Address
    • Items you want to return
    • Reason for return (optional)
  • We review your request.
  • We send you a DHL International Return Label as a PDF.
  • Print the label and drop the parcel at your local post office.

Important: International return costs may vary and may be deducted from your refund unless stated otherwise.

3. Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we usually process it within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
