The Jo Siffert / Brian Redman Porsche 908 leads the exciting three-way battle for victory in the 1969 Nürburgring 1000 km. Gerhard Mit"&"ter and Udo Schütz in the second Porsche 908 battle for the lead at the beginning, but later have to retire with a bearing failure on the front axle. With rain midway through the race, the Nürburgring's Green Hell once again makes a name for itself.
