24 Hours of Le Mans 2013

Alpine returned to Le Mans 35 years after winning overall with Renault in 2013. The bright blue Signatech Alpine A450, powered by a Nissan V8 engine, competed in the LMP2 class. Pierre Ragues and Nelson Panciatici drove together for Signatech for the second time, with experienced pilot Tristan Gommendy. Even though they only finished 14th overall at Le Mans, they still won the drivers' and teams' world championships of the European Le Mans Series this racing season.
