After the success of the DBR 9 program in the mid-nineties, Aston Martin returned to the GT class as a works team to once again take on the "&"fight with Corvette and Porsche. The new Vantage, which had performed excellently in the two previous rounds of the World Endurance Championship, finished third in the GTE Pro Class at the 2012 24 Hours of Le Mans with the Mücke/Fernandez/Turner line-up.<"&"/p>
