The Revival Meeting in September 2023 showcased the finest racing cars from around the world in one field.
The pit lane at the Goodwood race track is a playground for the biggest names in racing. Every year, the Earl of March invites a ver"&"y special starting field – in addition to the already brilliant starting fields of pre-war racing cars, touring cars, and sports cars up to 1966.
The infield of the race track still features the grass runway that helped the Supermarine Spitfir"&"e take off and land during World War II. The sound of the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine can thus be heard during many breaks in the race at the Revival – as the Spitfire zips across the track at a respectful distance.
