Typical witnesses to the Goodwood race track, which hosted racing events until 1966 – until the track fell into a deep sleep.
The Goodwood Revival has once again captivated thousands of motorsport fans since the late 1990s. The watercolor depict"&"ed here exemplifies the atmosphere of a typical sunset over Goodwood Airfield, in southern West Sussex, directly on the English Channel. The warm yellow September sunset bathes the track in a magical light in the early evening, fitting the fairytale chara"&"cter of the event.
